Board Dynamics

Our extensive board level experience enables us to assess and review the performance of boards rapidly, including those that have become dysfunctional. We use Board Dynamics as an innovative framework to help understand the critical human dimension of board effectiveness. This enables the board as a whole to develop its skills and maximise performance. We can also benchmark boards where required.

We also offer peer support to individual and groups of directors through coaching, mentoring and applying specific techniques, for example enhanced decision making and problem solving.

Transitions and exits

At the critical time of considering a major transition, we provide a broad range of skills to help assess and develop business processes and re-structure organisations.

Sometimes more radical change is called for. We can assess the value of an organisation and identify the optimum route to maximise value, including fund-raising, flotation and disposal. We have access to the full range of services associated with these transitions through partner organisations.

Strategy and execution

Our range of services includes a proven set of tools for devising and evaluating strategies including 'future proofing' - identifying and acting on future drivers that are usually already present, but unseen and potentially deadly.

This can lead to an objective assessment of current and emerging opportunities and the subsequent preparation of focused and appropriate business plans.
